Introduction
As a trainee lawyer, I started working at ABERMANN Law Office primarily in the areas of corporate law, company law and corporate transactions in 2011. After this I joined my family’s law firm, thus gaining an insight into the areas of real estate law, succession law, immigration law and civil law contracts. In 2016 as an associate member of the Sárhegyi & Partners Law Office I was involved in the conduct of litigation and contractual matters of state-owned and multinational companies, while at the same time, I also gained insight to the practice of international arbitration.
Driven by a desire for an independent entrepreneurial lifestyle, I started my own legal practice in the spring of 2019. As a result of my experience gained in other countries and my openness to coexisting nations and cultures, I decided to use my knowledge of English and Spanish language to assist foreigners living or staying in Hungary.

Immigration Law and Citizenship Law
Immigration law is a complex and constantly changing field of law adapting to migration and demographic processes e.g., immigration procedures related to applying for and extending visas, residence permits and permanent residence permits, as well as naturalization procedures initiated for the purpose of acquiring Hungarian citizenship. The development of immigration law is influenced by the decisions of the immigration policy of the Hungarian Government, the legal acts of the European Union, as well as the legal regime established by certain international conventions, which also contains essential principles. I carry out my legal activities within the framework set by the applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation. My work also covers appeals against administrative decisions of the immigration authorities and requests for judicial review of such decisions before the court.
